We process account details such as your name, email and hashed password to provide sign-in and operate the service. Project text, audio, voice settings, orders and support messages are stored as needed to provide your account.

For speech generation, the selected provider receives the text and voice settings. Voice-cloning samples and consent evidence are sent to the selected cloning provider after review. Private-server processing uses the server configured by the platform operator.

Stripe handles payment details through its secure components. ASWATI does not store card numbers or security codes. Some methods require additional information or bank authentication.

Audio retention follows the period in your plan. You may export your account data, delete projects and request account deletion after resolving active subscriptions and jobs. Financial records may be subject to applicable accounting retention requirements.
